02: Operating supplies & equipment

OS&E: everything a room is dressed and stocked with

Guest room, bathroom, spa, public areas, dining and serviceware, and the banqueting set, bespoke lacquerware and leather, matched across a property so a room reads as one specification.

Matched across a room

OS&E is what a guest actually touches. Emporia supplies it as coherent families rather than loose purchases, so a desk set, a bathroom tray and a turndown amenity read as one specification.

Finishes are built in the spraying and finishing line rather than printed, and the same leathers and metals run across freestanding pieces, so a room stays coherent as it is re-ordered over time. Finishes can be matched to the guest-room families on request.

Guest room

Bespoke lacquerware and leather

A full desk and bedside set, matched across a room rather than bought piece by piece.

Charcoal leather desk set, tissue box, tray, stationery box, on a dark timber desk

A full desk and bedside set in PU, matched across eleven pieces so a room reads as one specification rather than eleven purchases.

Tissue box · Notepad holder · Turndown tray · Stationery box · Remote control holder · Tray · Waste bin · Coasters · Shoe basket · Jewellery tray

Imitation devil-fish leather

The same set of room functions in a heavily textured imitation leather, a harder-wearing surface with a deep grain that holds up under daily housekeeping.

Tissue box · Coffee and tea box · Waste bin · Stationery box · Tray · Turndown tray · Jewellery box · Shoe basket

Room accessories

The freestanding pieces: luggage, reading matter, wet umbrellas. Made in the same leathers and metals as the desk set so the room stays coherent.

Bathroom

Three families in lacquer

Chosen to the suite’s stone, and specified as a set.

Marbleised lacquerware

A bathroom set in marbleised lacquer. The pattern is built up in the spraying line rather than printed, so no two pieces carry an identical figure.

Tissue box · Soap dish · Amenity box · Bath salt container · Bath tub tray · Liquid soap bottle · Towel tray

Antique hairline finish

A brushed hairline finish over a dark ground, with brass detailing. The quietest of the three bathroom families, and the one that sits best against stone.

Amenity box · Soap dish · Bath salt container · Tissue box · Towel tray · Towel basket

European antique gold foil

Gold foil laid at high temperature over a lacquer body, then aged. The most decorative of the bathroom families, specified where the suite carries it.

Spa & public areas

Treatment rooms and front of house

Two very different demands, a calm treatment set, and front-of-house pieces that take heavy handling.

Tissue box · Amenity tray · Waste bin · Tea set tray · Towel tray · Jewellery boxes · Lavipeditum basin

Public area accessories

Front-of-house pieces that take heavy handling and stay presentable, washroom, lobby and the check-out desk.

Tabletop OS&E

The table setting

The visible tabletop, the closest part of a setting to the guest, specified to the concept and matched across a service.

Dinnerware, cutlery and glassware

The pieces that define weight, touch, sound and service rhythm. Supplied as a coherent setting rather than loose smallwares, so a cover reads as one specification across the room.

Dinnerware · Cutlery · Glassware · Chopsticks · Napkin rings · Placemats · Menu holders · Condiment sets · Bill presenters

Menus and guest-facing presentation

The one piece of the table a guest holds. Made to the concept and finished to match the tabletop family, engraved timber, stitched leather, and laser-engraved QR cubes that carry digital menus, reviews and social links.

Engraved timber menu boards · Stitched leather covers & folders · Laser-engraved QR menu cubes · Custom engraving, foiling & embossing

Restaurant & F&B

The service layer, not just the furniture

For hotel F&B, fine-dining rooms, beach clubs, rooftop lounges and private dining, Emporia specifies, samples, consolidates and delivers the whole service layer, alongside the tabletop and FF&E.

Bar & beverage service

For bars, lounges and beverage-led concepts, the small tools and presentation pieces carry the same weight as the furniture.

Bar tools · Ice buckets · Bottle presenters · Cocktail trays · Garnish stations · Glassware · Coasters · Tasting boards · Tea & coffee service

Buffet & live stations

Specified for both theatre and daily operation, easy to reset, easy to clean and visually aligned to the room.

Buffet risers · Display stands · Chafing support · Service boards · Signage holders · Bread & pastry display · Juice & beverage station · Cutlery & napkin stations

Banqueting & private dining

The same standard at a different scale: table settings, service pieces and conference accessories, specified per seat or per room.

Private dining settings · Banquet table linen · Conference pads · Coasters · Stationery & candy boxes · Service trays · Meeting accessories · Re-orderable per-seat sets
